What’s complex can be clear…

Since 2017, I’ve helped lead the New York City team for Sister District, a nationwide organization marshaling support from other states for Democratic contenders in close state legislative races. I’ve written the team’s emails, newsletters and talking points as we’ve powered flips of chambers in Virginia and Pennsylvania.

This volunteering grew from a newsletter I started right after the 2016 election, which rallied roughly 150 friends and neighbors each week to three succinct actions in fewer than 400 words.

And it grew to include work rewriting the website content for East End Temple, my congregation, and other short-form messaging.
